Long ago in a time before the humans arrived, there lived a race of wolves who grew into powerful beings. They were magical, yes, but they only used this magic for good and for a while all was peaceful. When Tarath, a dark red wolf, rose up to power, he began to use his magic in wicked ways. He destroyed lands, life and the very air all breathed. The others fought him, but it was a long battle, lasting 60 years. Finally, Tarath was struck down and peace was restored. At least for a few years. Soon after Tarath's death, other dark colored wolves began to feel this hatred of the lighter colored ones who killed Tarath. They broke away from the majority to form their own group. They became known as the Rasan Pack. There were some who thought that fighting was useless, on either side, and they too broke away from the majority and started their own group. They became known as the Osusin Pack. The remaining wolves, brightly colored and kind hearted, became known as the Eresor Pack. The three packs now rule the land of Mirahdonn together, but who knows how long it will last?
